The provision of goods and services by Rulerite Stationers is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Rulerite Stationers will process the refund in full within 7 days. We can unfortunately not be held liable for delays in the customer receiving the refund due to delays from the payment gateway or any other reasons beyond our control.

If an item is damaged or defective you need to inform us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. We reserve the right to have the item evaluated by the specific supplier before the return is approved and this normally takes 5 – 10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. The item/s will be replaced where possible, but if for whatever reason a replacement is not available a refund will be processed. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days but we cannot be held responsible for delays from the payment gateway or any other reasons beyond our control. If the shipping was done by a third party (i.e. Courier service) we can unfortunately not accept responsibility for any damaged goods. Please contact the applicable shipping company to log a claim.
We will accept returns if the item is un-opened and in its original condition. You need to notify us by email email@example.com within 7 days. It is the customers’ responsibility and expense to return the item to us within 5 days of logging the claim. A voucher which is valid for 3 months will be provided, unfortunately no refunds will be processed. If any shipping charges were applicable these will be excluded from any refunds.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Rulerite Stationers by PayFast who are the approved payment gateway. This site is secured by a full site SSL certificate. No bank details are kept on this website, but with the payment gateway.
Customer details will be stored by Rulerite Stationers separately from card details which are kept with the payment gateway.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Rulerite Stationers takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods (Unless explicitly stated).
